This lady is very small (size zero!) and so has difficulties buying ‘grown up’ clothes. She wanted a pair of cut offs for golf, which we decided to make in a viscose fabric with a bit of stretch to allow for movement. Viscose is a natural fibre and therefore breathes well – whereas acrylic can be very hot and sticky. There are small pockets in the side seams, and patch pockets at the back which were large enough to hold a golf card. We chose to embroider the back pockets to add some interest to the otherwise plain design.
